A quick, tasty and healthy salad!

Delicious Thai Style Red Cabbage Salad

This recipe is super easy to make with a food processor to shred all these beautiful organic ingredients. Great for a quick, very nutritious snack on the run and keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days.

  • ½ Red Cabbage [incredible health benefits – full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, boosts immune system, assists in weight loss, can relieve constipation, protects the skin against ageing, assists with muscle soreness and preventative, and therapeutic roles in a number of human diseases].
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 capsicum
  • 4 sticks of celery
  • 1 bunch of Spring Onion
  • 1 bunch of Fresh Basil
  • 1 bunch of Fresh Mint Leaves

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp Mirin or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped finely
  • ½ inch of fresh ginger chopped finely
